Soft, medium-thickness stretchy knit fabric (English: Jersey), it is light, breathable, and very pleasant against the skin.

Knit fabric is easy to care for and does not wrinkle. Thanks to the small amount of elastane added, the knit fabric will keep its shape and not stretch out, while retaining the good qualities of cotton.
Perfect for casual wear, dresses, children's clothing, T-shirts, sportswear, as well as hats and scarves.

Sewing tips:

When sewing with cotton knit fabric, it is recommended to use Jersey or Stretch needles if the knit is very stretchy, it is recommended to use Super Stretch needles, which are specially designed for stretchy fabrics. These needles have a rounded tip, which allows them to slide easily between the knit fibers without damaging the fabric. Needle size usually depends on the thickness of the fabric, but for cotton knit, the sizes often suitable are 70/10 or 80/12.
