Soft, medium-thin stretch knit fabric (English: Jersey) , it is lightweight, breathable and very pleasant on the skin.

The knit is easy to care for and does not wrinkle. Thanks to the small amount of added elastane,the knit fabric will retain its shape and will not stretch out-retaining the good properties of cotton.
Perfect for leisurewear, dresses, children's clothing,t-shirts,sportswear, as well as hats and scarves.

Sewing tips:

When sewing cotton jersey, it is recommended to use Jersey or Stretch needles if the jersey is very stretchy then it is recommended to use Super Stretch needles, which are specially designed for stretch fabrics. These needles have a rounded point that allows them to slide easily between the knit fibers, without damaging the fabric. Needle size usually depends on the fabric thickness, but for cotton knits commonly suitable sizes are 70/10 or 80/12.
