Muslins (Double gauze) is a 100% cotton fabric consisting of two woven layers resembling cotton gauze.
Muslin fabric is lightweight, airy, skin-friendly, and soft. This fabric has excellent moisture-regulating properties, is breathable and air-permeable, yet not transparent. Its special structure allows it to be left un-ironed and it dries very quickly.

SUITABLE FOR:

  • summer dresses
  • shirts and blouses;
  • rompers;
  • lightweight summer pants;
  • blankets;
  • diapers
  • and many, many other projects

After washing, the fabric may shrink by about 10%, so it is recommended to wash or dampen it before sewing.

Care

-Wash up to 40 degrees -Do not bleach -Iron at a maximum temperature of 110 °C -Do not dry clean -Do not tumble dry -To avoid fabric shrinkage and to wash out factory dust, chemicals, and excess dye, it is recommended to wash the fabric before sewing.
