Tulle is a soft and airy net-like fabric. Tulle is often used as an accent to substitute the look of lace. Tulle can also be used as a lining or underskirt, making a skirt/dress shape stiffer and fuller. Its applications are very wide, from wedding gowns to haute couture garments.
Suitable for wedding dresses, linings, skirts and many, many other beautiful projects.
